Research in Motion is suing LG claiming the names ‘Black Label’, ‘Strawberry’ and ‘Black Cherry’, infringe on the BlackBerry name. Next thing you know they’ll be suing Sharp because the Sidekick receives emails, sends messages , and has a trackball.

Come on RIM, quit being a bully. I’m sure there are more important things to do. Maybe design a new phone, instead of refreshing two year old models?
