		<description><![CDATA[i don&#039;t think that they are, but their sales resources and marketing soend may be focused on keeping its enterprise customers and not in the uphill battle against Android or iPhone whikle trying to stay relevant in the midsts of a tremendous marketing launch of the Nokia Windows phone.  What Heins is imllyimg is that RIM cannot afford to keep spending the marketing money on the existing BB phones as was laid out by Basillie to tide BB owners over till Q3 when BBOS 10 phones ship.  since sales continue to decline, Heins is saving the consumer marketing miney and refocusing those assets on enterprise before that, too, disappears.]]></description>
