Android and iOS have batteries draining due to apps sending copious amounts of data back to their devs (who sell it to make serious profits) and hardware manufacturers and service providers put software on phones that track the use of the end-user…  I can see RIM gaining ground for protection of end-user privacy.

Again, nice OS improvements with nice hardware would get me to try…
