Protect your computer with the Databreaker

Chances are that unless you're like me, you spend more time away from your computer than you spend on it. Ok, that might not hold true for those of you reading this, but for the average home user it does. My point is that your computer is more likely to be compromised when you're not on it.

For those of you that don't feel the need to turn off your PC when you step away from it, but also worry about hackers, I've got a cool gadget that will help you out. The Databreaker hooks into modem, (assuming that you are on high-speed internet) and detects when you have stepped away from the computer for an extended period of time. It then shuts off the connection, thus preventing hackers from gaining access to your most private data.

At $40, it is reasonably priced for the average home users. However, most tech-savvy users probably have much better security measures in place, and won't need something such as this. Plus it might kill your torrent downloads, and nobody wants that.
