If there is one game that really caught be off guard last year, it was Portal. I really didn’t know what to expect when I tore into my copy of Valve’s Orange Box, but I was greeted with one of the most fun (and humorous) titles I’ve played in some time. I’d say the worst part of the game was when the credits rolled, but those were pretty funny too. After going through and unlocking the achievements, I’ve been itching for some more Portal. From the sounds of things, I’ll be getting just that.

Very little information has been revealed, in fact, we’ve gotten little more than a brief one-liner from Valve spokesperson Doug Lombardi. “There’ll be more Portal, for sure. But the details of that, to be honest, we’re still working out.”

I’m really happy to hear this, as there was talk for a little while of just walking away from the whole thing, and leaving it on a good note. Personally I think there were some loose ends that needed tied up. Namely, I was promised some cake dammit!
