If you’ve been thinking about getting in on some Team Fortress 2 action, but haven’t felt like dropping the dough on it, then you’re going to enjoy this weekend. Valve is going to let you play all weekend, free of charge.

Free Team Fortress 2

The Team Fortress 2 Free Weekend is in celebration of their latest DLC release for the game. I’m sure that it has nothing to do with the release of Grand Theft Auto IV, either.

This is one of the reasons Steam is such an awesome service. It gives Valve and other companies the chance to easily organize events like this. Just make sure you have the client downloaded and have signed up for an account, then just download Team Fortress 2 on Friday and you’re good to go.
