I agree with Vincent, absolutely love this toothbrush! The accessories are great as well, the case is compact yet holds everything you need. The vibrations are so intense after the first few uses my lips were almost numb from resting them on the brush while in use. It is those intense vibrations that leave your teeth feeling incredibly clean, much longer than my old brushes. @sheluma - the buzz is not jolting at all, if you can even call it a buzz. it is just a split second of less power (at least it feels that way) which signals you to move to another region in your mouth. I agree with the review above it would be nice if you could keep brushing instead of having it shut off after the cycle is done, but hitting the power button quickly turns it back on, losing at most 2-3 seconds of brushing. I got this brush after using the much, much cheaper crest and oral-b brushes, and must say there is no comparison. If you are serious about your teeth and want a great toothbrush, don't settle for anything less. You wont be disappointed, trust me.

What is the "buzz" like? The sonicare I used a few years ago had a beep every 30 seconds that was jolting. And the handle was heavy and bulky and the brush head was too big. So I went back to the Oral-B electric toothbrush. But now my hygienist tells me that that this is the best sonicare yet, and there is a compact brush head available (it's a little hard to see here under it's plastic cover), that looks like it might work for me. I think the vibration of the Sonicare would be better for me because I have a tendency to brush too hard, even with the Oral B. I wish I could try it without spending $185.
