Two is nice, but four is plain sweet! Eurocom is planning to launch a Quad-core laptop. The revised 17-inch Phantom D900C will be available with the four CPU cores. Equipped with Intel’s Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz, this laptop is definitely a dream gaming and workstation machine on the go.

The new revision of Phantom D900C will also brings other upgrades such as new nVidia graphics and HD-DVD drives. Buyer can configure this laptop with GeForce Go 8700 or opt for the Quadro FX3500 – both available in SLI. The 17-inch LCD support up to 1920×1200 native resolution, which is plenty for gamers and designers.
Under the hood, the D900C uses Intel’s G965 chipset that powered mostly desktops. It also supports up to three 2.5-inch hard drives and RAID capabilities (0/1/5). You can load up to 4GB of RAM on this laptop. With battery, the Phantom D900C weight around 11.9lbs. No information on pricing yet.
