Blackberry’s own Mobile Fusion will address a lot of those cncerns since it will be iOS and Android and WP compatible.

There are secuirity sweets like Exchnage ActivceSync or Blackberry Mobile Fusion and others that can lock down iOS and Android devices and have very little to do with the OS on the phone itself.

I took “flexibility” in the article to mean BYOD. And Windows phone has terrible marketshare whereas iOS and Android combined have over 90%.

I cannot fathom using a security nightmare like Android in a military setting. You can’t even protect your contacts from being hacked on Android. Do we really want that junk embedded in our military?

I have not seen any evidence that either iOS or Android phones can come close to blackberry with regards to top notch security. Seems like a move to make employees happy, not for the safety of information.
