$99 is the same price of the first LED watch that was sold at Sears back in the early 70′s.
Back then the face was dark until you pressed a button to display the important digital time.
Now, you press a button to see the important text message. Funny how nothing really changes, just what’s important.

Tie this in to a wireless-enabled home (where you can control lights, appliances, etc.) and you have something even better. With having an SDK for support, that is pretty awesome for expandability and makes the product more attractive.

I’m sorry, I missed something. This watch does exactly what? Finds golf courses? A smart phone will do that and I already love my watch. What are you getting for $99?
