A month later (after purchasing something off ebay) I needed my account sorted out i phoned paypal only to be told by their rude customer services ‘Your account was limited and we(paypal) don’t have to give you any reason why.’

I have never done anything wrong and I was total polite with them (thinking that this could be easily sorted out) and then I was told ‘Paypal no longer want to do business with you’.

I couldn’t believe they treat their customers this way (been using them for 7 years), If a bank did something like this then they’ed be out of business.

PayPal ARE SCUM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They never replied to any of my emails, they were unhelpful, rude and do not care about their customers (only your money).

There are hundreds of people who have been screwed by paypal, Theres even multiple website dedicated to paypal horror stories.

Never give paypal your credit card information. Open a checking account, get a debit card, keep $10 in the account and use that to verify your paypal account.
