This title is potentially an easily made, but horrible mistake. If you are not in the US, US laws don’t apply. Ever. Hence why SOPA and PIPA existed and were bad ideas. Now it may have been illegal in Costa Rica, but I doubt it. Why would Costa Rica care?

In other words, the site may have been illegal, but Brady’s actions were almost definately not.

Just to let you know, here in Costa Rica we have TV’s too, cable and satellite, and those who like Football gather for great parties at home or sports bars just like you do in your country. If he decided to ilegally stream the game last year it was all on him.

Who are you to say “shame”? If that was the only way to watch it in Costa Rica, or Bangladesh, or Croatia, why is that bad?
