Paper by FiftyThree intros Think Kit for better graphs and charts

Paper by FiftyThree is a pretty robust app for those who have artistic flair. For the rest of us, it's an app for doodling. And for the rest of us, FiftyThree now has a new set of tools named Think Kit, which is aimed at the more linear thinking crowd. The tools allow for the easy drawing of graphs and charts via Paper while still retaining some artistic flair. The backbone of Think Kit is FiftyThree's Intention Engine, which recognizes your terrible drawings and corrects them into something a bit more visually appealing.

All that without losing any clues you didn't draw the shape or line. 'Diagram' allows you to have your free-form drawings pop into a respectable shape, or your jenky lines take a curvature or straight line that allows onlookers to figure out what you're getting at.

To make it easier to fill your graphs or charts in with color, FiftyThree employs something called 'Fill', which lets you draw a line and fill in color for a chart, or tap a closed-in space (say for a pie chart) to add the color of your choosing.

Again, the aim for Think Kit is linear drawing and thinking, which needs to be a bit more polished than your sketches of the cat. When you need to draw a free-form graph or chart but don't have the time (or patience) to sit in front of dedicated graphing app, FiftyThree has your back.

Think Kit tools also feed into presentation tools like Powerpoint or Keynote, adding individual slides of your diagrams into the mix. You can also save your drawings to Dropbox or the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Best of all, Think Kit is free via an app update, not an in-app purchase. If you're interested in checking it out, look for the update or download Paper by FiftyThree from theApp Store.
