If you’re after something cheaper and have an android phone I suggest my app Color Bam. Although it’s not as accurate (much more dependent on lighting conditions) it is free or $1 for the donate version (no adverts). Its got over 1000 color names built in. Plus you can use the touch screen to adjust, you can email colors etc.

Heck for $650 you could buy a pretty top android phone unlocked!
