The new Lumix DMC-FX35 is Panasonic’s latest high end and slim line P&S digicam with HD movie option, extra wide 25mm lens and offers full package of performance features. The 10.1 megapixel camera features 2.5” LCD display, 1/2.33” Type CCD sensor with high ISO sensitivity up to ISO 6400.

The LEICA DC lens has 4x optical zoom range of 25mm-110mm (35mm equiv.) and extended zoom mode to push distance up to 7.1x. Image Shake department is equipped with the combination of Intelligent ISO Control and Mega O.I.S system.

The Lumix integrates 720p motion recording capabilities with resolution up to 1280×720 in 15fps. Other advance features include face detection system, fast 0.005 seconds release lag time, high speed burst mode with 2.5 shots per second at full resolution, and offers up to 21 scene modes. It runs on Lithium-ion battery, supports SD/SDHC/MMC media storage and has a built-in 50mb storage space. Panasonic also has an optional marine case to use with FX35 for underwater or scuba diving leisure. The DMC-FX35 is available in silver, black and blue. It’s scheduled to release around March with MSRP of $350.
