Palm Foleo gets delayed - does anyone really care?

I hope you weren’t too excited to get your hands on the new Palm Foleo. I would actually be quite surprised to find that anyone is all that excited about it to be honest. Anyway, if you were hoping to get yourself one, you’re going to have to wait for at least another month, maybe more.

Apparently they are having some issues with the Foleo’s software, according to Deutsche Bank’s Goldberg the biggest holdup is “an inability to synchronize the Foleo with most models of the Treo, in particular the nominally high-volume Treo 680.”

Boy, that would be one way to really ruin a product that people already don’t care about, have it not work with your other popular products. I’m starting to wonder about Palm’s founder Jeff Hawkins, as he called the Foleo “the best idea I’ve ever had.”
