While in NYC the past two days I noticed a lot of bus advertising.

Ultimately this is way too little - too late. In my view Palm was doomed from the start. The phone while graphically beautiful was too cumbersome to use to read and reply to email.

The geek community was in awe of the thought that Palm could arise from the ashes - but unfortunately Android, iPhone and BlackBerry have a stranglehold on the market which Palm is near impossible to get through.

Palm will probably be acquired for patents and technology.
