Marvel confirms several ‘Avengers’ video games in the works

Usually when a big blockbuster movie is due out in a couple weeks, especially if it's one aimed at kids or teens, it means you should be able to go to the local video game store and pick up the video game version of the flick. That's been the case with many Marvel films in the last few years. But The Avengers is so big, it doesn't have an official video game tie-in. But that doesn't mean you won't be seeing this movie represented on the shelves of GameStop.

And before you comic book maniacs have a heart attack reminding the world that The Hulk is included in this movie aside those three heroes with the four movies mentioned in the first sentence, know here that not only is this the start of a different storyline for the big green goliath, there's ANOTHER new actor in Bruce Banner's role. League of Extraordinary Gentlemen movie reboot in the works

A new feature film reboot of the film "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" has been tipped with Fox entering development this week. Remember that less-than-successful film from 2003 based on the Alan Moore / Kevin O'Neill comic books that began publication in 1999? The one with Sean Connery as Allan Quatermain. No? You'd have to be a real nerd to remember that film, and an even bigger nerd to own the movie right this minute. I think you know where this is headed, oh one other person in the world that's got the DVD, good buddy.

Chinese Iron Man fan builds his own Hulkbuster armor

Chinese Iron Man fan builds his own Hulkbuster armor

Here is an Avengers fan so huge not even the Hulk could stop him. Almost on par with the 7-year-old boy who received a working bionic Iron Man arm, this young Chinese man has built his own life-size Hulkbuster armor. And it easily outclasses that 4 foot tall Hulkbuster action figure that was recently prototyped. Even more impressive is that 26-year-old Xing Yile completed this monstrous project in a mere 2 months.

In this spot you'll find Kevin Smith, Tara Reid, Michael Rooker, Jason Mewes, and Lou Ferrigno - all of whom have made cameo appearances in the past, of their own. They're all rather large comic book fans, as it were.

Hulkbuster high chair makes dinner time unbeatable

There are a few different teams out there that spend their time creating fascinating versions of popular fictional items and movie props, and one such team is the folks behind Super-Fan Builds. We previously saw them create a version of the Batman tumbler vehicle as perhaps the most unique stroller ever, and now they're back with another build for a toddler -- this time, though, they've set their sights on Iron Man, specifically on the giant Hulkbuster suit.

Iron Man glove replica shoots real lasers

Iron Man glove replica shoots real lasers

We’ve previously seen an Iron Man prosthetic, and now another rendition of the glove has surfaced, this one of a different sort: it is an Iron Man glove with functional lasers, as well as sound effects that make it sound like the real thing. It was created by Patrick Priebe, who has previously created some other things incorporating lasers, the latter of which have an important place in his latest creation. Both blue and red lasers are included, and they’re shown off on video, which we have after the jump.
