Sony is making a Jump Street and Men in Black crossover movie

This past December, the Sony hack led to emails being revealed that spoke of a Jump Street and Men in Black crossover movie. The company, obviously, didn’t confirm the information, but fast-forward a few months and we have now got word that, yes, the movie previously leaked will indeed be happening. It is an unusual enough movie that it provoked surprise when word of its first arose, and now doubly so now that we know it’s a real project.

Sony to brand Xperia Z4 as Xperia Z3+ in other markets

Sony to brand Xperia Z4 as Xperia Z3+ in other markets

It seems that Sony might have become a bit unhinged in its efforts to hunker down on its somewhat floundering mobile business. First, it rather quietly unveiled the Xperia Z4, which may or may not be limited to the Japanese market. And then there are whispers of an Xperia P2 that looks terribly similar except in a few areas. Now there is word that Sony might actually sell the Xperia Z4 in other markets as well, but quite appropriately name it as the Xperia Z3+ instead.

What's more, they are no longer simply tethered by wires and cables and have become part of a growing connected family of appliances. Today, Sony is adding six more members to that family: four sound bars and two AV receivers. Boasting more than just high-quality audio components that Sony is known for, these audio products also bring along the ability to play protected 4K content as well as support for Google's hottest streaming feature, Google Cast.

Sony’s 2015 UHD 4K TV lineup: Android TV, ridiculously thin

Sony has just unveiled another team of Ultra HD Smart TVs, but this time the focus isn't on curves like its rivals in the industry. Sony's 2015 4K lineup is somewhat a bit more traditional but still a bit groundbreaking. For one, they are one of the few Smart TVs that have started bearing Android TV inside, finally making the ancient dream of "Google TVs" finally come true. And for another, at least two of them are so thin that they are thinner than the thinnest smartphone.

Sony Xperia Z4 unveiled without fuss or fanfare

Sony Xperia Z4 unveiled without fuss or fanfare

Sony is being strange lately, at least when it comes to its mobile devices. We already know that the Xperia Z4 would be coming soon, considering it was a no show at MWC last February even while the Xperia Z4 Tablet debuted with the name. The OEM seems to also flip flop on its position about releasing a flasghip once or twice a year. And now it just revealed the Xperia Z4 and, unlike its rivals in the market, it didn't even hold a special event to do so, which is a weird treatment of a flagship.

Sony touts new HX90V, WX500 as smallest 30x zoom shooters

Smartphones have started to eat into the digital camera market because of their portability and growing photography competence.
