Accessories every mobile gamer needs

Accessories every mobile gamer needs

As tablets and smartphones increase in power and display quality -- not to mention the ever-growing library of games -- mobile gaming has become a staple way to pass the time for many. Still, mobile gaming has its downsides, namely in the form of usability: trying to control two digital joysticks with your thumbs on your phone's display isn't nearly as much fun as physical joysticks, and having your battery run dry mid-game is beyond frustrating. That's where these essential accessories come in.

NVIDIA SHIELD Tablet might soon be upon us

The stars might be aligning and a new NVIDIA SHIELD device might soon be revealed, but this could be a rather strange beast. Based on a recent certification entry from the Global Certification Forume (GCF) and a recent sighting on NVIDIA's own website, the chipmaker's next SHIELD gaming machine won't be a handheld like before but will be a mid-sized Android tablet instead.

The folks at NVIDIA are teasing their latest Project SHIELD game title, Zombie Driver. That name may sound familiar for those rocking an Android device as Zombie Driver THD has been available for NVIDIA powered tablets and smartphones. Coincidentally, the THD release is currently selling at a deep discount -- 75 percent off, or $1.75. Egypt must ban internet porn orders legal chief

Egyptian web users will find their XXX entertainment cut off, after the Prosecutor General ordered the government to ban all pornographic content on the internet on religious, moral, and patriotic grounds. Adbel Maguid Mahmoud ruled in favor of an initial ruling in the country three years ago, Almogaz reports, which had argued that the potential for restricting "freedom of expression and public rights" was justified by banning the "venemous and vile" content which disturbed "the fundamentals of religion, morality, and patriotism" of Egyptian citizens.
