The Ocar system uses the digital audio out from the 30pin doc conector vs the jackson using a headphone jack. I have used both and found the Ocar to be far superior. The Jackson system was flat sounding and the Ocar has a sound app for bass, mid and tweets. front and rear audio plus a sub out and vid out.
