		<description><![CDATA[This is all so funny. i work at comcast for technical support and the way i see it... this guy is just a know it all douche bag... we get alot of them.. and im used to it at this point... and NO we dont have the ability to get credit card numbers UNLESS we are billing... and billing does have the tool to reset modems but they dont need it so they arnt even given a user name and pass for it.... this guy did me a favor by owning the annoying cheaters on xbl.. but at the same point he has made MY job and other peoples jobs alot harder.... WE dont have harddrives. we use terminals now because of this guy.... as well .... we arnt even allowed to have pens at our desks......he was just like the other know it alls who work in call centres.. bragging about this &#039;hardcore&#039; stuff they do.. when in reality its nothing.. and its a female dog move. i would agree this guy is retarded.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[He was a Comcast agent (outsourced, because The Company Comcast outsources 90% of their tech support/billing/everything, and don&#039;t give the outsourced the proper tools to actually support properly. Soon it will all go to the Phillipines, so good luck Comcast customers!) 

He was certainly not tier 2.5 . He was just a loser agent who started working after I did (I have only been there since May). He was pretty much just full of sh*t. We can reset modems, but he most likely did not have access to credit card information (We don&#039;t see credit cards, and can only see the last four digits... just like what shows up on your statements), and he was/is an f&#039;n retard who screwed the rest of us at work, and other businesses in the building. Now we can&#039;t even save anything to the harddrives, which includes wallpapers for the desktop. Theres alarms going off and this tard is to blame!

He may have got &quot;revenge&quot; (which by the way is the stupidest story I have heard in a long time), but I am sure there are TONS of people at work who want revenge on him. Hope he gets what he deserves]]></description>
