Sorry, but you’re taking one man’s word for it? If Steve Jobs had said the earth was flat would you follow that blindly too?

I like both Google and Apple products here, so I’m not trying to pick a side. I’m just not understanding how so many people take one man’s word as gospel :-

I heard it was lowered as well. I think the judge told Oracle the most they can seek is 100 mil. Read that somewhere.

What abt the future? Dont the damages occur exponentially as with # of android activations. I have always believed rubin was a thief.

Mmm, TOTAL damages fro patent AND copyright infringment are less than $40 million. Where the $1billion figure comes from?
