Onkyo Japan has outed a trio of Windows 7 tablet PCs, the 10.1-inch Onkyo TW117A4 and TW217A5, and the 11.6-inch TW317A5. The TW117A4 and TW317A5 both pack Intel's Atom N450 processor and GMA 3150 graphics, while the TW217A5 uses the Atom Z530 and GMA 500 graphics; all have 1GB of RAM, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR.
The TW117A4 has a 160GB hard-drive, while the Onkyo TW217A5 and TW317A5 both use a 32GB SSD. The latter two also get HDMI, while the two N450 machines have two USB 2.0 ports (the Z530 tablet only has one USB 2.0).
The TW117A4 weighs in at 0.99kg, the TW217A5 at a mere 850g, and the TW317A5 at 1.0kg; battery life is estimated at 6.4hrs, 3.8hrs and 5hrs respectively. No word on pricing or any plans to launch outside of Japan at this stage.
