		<description><![CDATA[It is.. It is really impressive compared to what is currently available. However, when this chip comes to market, it will likely be overshadowed by faster SoCs. TI is notoriously slow at getting chips in devices.

The CPU performs as well as an entry-level Core2Duo, and the GPU is still industry leading at the moment. At high clocks (~500MHz) it will double the performance of the iPad 2 in raw compute. 

The only problem with the GPU is that it is based off of USSE2 cores which are not OpenCL 1.1 compliant (AFAICT) so when this chip actually makes it to market, it will be missing the very important GPU compute capabilities.]]></description>
