Olympus SP-560UZ is now supported with Wireless Flash

The $350 8mp point and shoot Olympus’ ultra-zoom series SP-560UZ gets a firmware update with the support of external FL-50R external flash and FL-36R wireless flash. Remote control is now possible using in camera’s ‘RC’ flash mode up to 32 feet away in 60-degree arc, or up to 16 feet away in a 100-degree arc with firmware 3.1. That’s quite a commitment from Olympus, show of continuer support for a point-shot digital camera.
