They keep posting great numbers even with all the scandals that break out caused by them. Making tens of BILLIONS in profit each year will more than cover the tens of millions (who knows actual amount) of a potential class-action.

Android tablets have been making gains in case you haven’t done your research. Though perhaps, of the two, Microsoft sees Android tablets as easier to kill  and move in on.
