NZXT have announced their newest gaming peripheral, the Avatar high-performance mouse. While the Avatar has a 2600 DPI optical sensor, it also features a four-position DPI adjustment switch that lets you quickly scale down the sensitivity without interrupting gameplay. An LED indicator shows how close to the 5.8 Mega Pixels/second, frame rate of 6469 maximum you have the mouse set at.
Other controls include seven programmable buttons with multiple settings for different titles and types of gameplay, as well as macro support. The ambidextrous design includes a rubber grip for even the sweatiest of gamers, while extruded Teflon mouse feet should reduce desk friction.
Available to order now, the NZXT Avatar is priced at $59.99. It connects via USB.
