Take 2, a company in South Africa, has Chaintech’s GeForce 9600GT for sale on their website for about $275USD. For those of you that don’t believe it, there is a screenshot of their store.

Still don’t believe it? Well apparently you weren’t the only one so the company (Take 2) even took a picture of the box/packaging of the card just to prove it.

For some more GeForce 9600 GT news, the initial launch date was supposed to be the 14th, today, but it got pushed back a week to the 21st. Well there was some speculation that more delays might be coming pushing it back at least another week, but that was false, and the 21st, as of now, is still the set launch date. Oh, and another piece of info on the Take 2 card, they are selling it for about $273, the suggested retail price is between $169 and $189.
