is making a big hype,
something i heard from a few of you guys, you realy hate ( when it’s about apple)
here the company is doing it by there own, here a video there a video nothing concrete are hardware..

I think they must have meant that one core switches off when the usage goes below 250 MHz, and switches back on only when it crosses 500 MHz again. This would avoid high usage hysterics in the processor (which is a term I borrowed from High Wind Hysterics that can plague a wind turbine generator near cut-off speeds if not handled correctly).
