I can understand that there waiting and pendning the Android updates that are rolling out. It would be bether to by a 3.0ore (even a 2.3) tablet than a 2.2 now.

Looking forward to this one… it seems packed with feat.

Adam not out yet as of 11/22/10… I guess the original article was more correct, but let us wait through December and into next year to see what happens.
Then I’ll hold off buying until they have an Android 3.0 product.

Archos was supposed to have the 101 16gb available today too…. Promises, Promises, Promises.

I am waiting and hoping they will be rolling out ADAM in the next few day’s. I also hope they price the unit right. Archos announced there new 101 internet tablet running Froyo 2.2. the 101 internet tablet is slim (12mm) and light weight, it has HD multimedia, long battery life.

The JooJoo lacked real flash – it only supported it theoritically to diffrenciate it on paper against the ipad, but in practice their flash was so buggy and slow – they had to introduce a hack to support non-flash html5 youtube :) now they are just another also ran

There are no words to describe how much I want this device. With the specs given, there is actually nothing on the market to even compete with the Adam, even in prototype. That scares me, especially given the listed price-point. I’m holding out for it, though. Despite delays, despite all other things…I’m gonna get me one if/when it comes out.

I WISH I COULD BUY IT! But I can’t, because it’s specifically designed with righties in mind! It doesn’t accommodate left-handed people! I really don’t think that’s fair, and I know they won’t do jack about it unless enough people complain, so PLEASE for the sake of all of the lefties that are going to miss out on this amazzzinngg piece of technology (including me), leave a comment on their website!!

It’s worth remembering that Rohan’s numbers are likely wholesale prices – the actual street price, after distribution and the rest has taken its toll, will be higher than $300. Still, fingers-crossed it’s not too much higher, eh?

Was just looking at the Adam blog and it struck me that Rohan’s numbers indicate a price of $300. Here’s to hoping they can keep the price down that low and the mystery investors don’t drive prices up.

I am thrilled at the notion of having a dual-screen device like this. It sounds like the specs and visions are in the right place–I just hope that price point isn’t too steep. I also hope that the July release will be for the US market.

Really? I have the iPad and have come to dislike it over the last month. I really want an Android slate with the ability to surf, watch, listen, and download. Can anyone even compete with Apple and give the consumer a choice?
