Several promises and expectatives that doen’t exists in the final product or service. Not only this, the final price was increased in the PQi models.
For me, at this moment, the unique thing that makes different this product in comparison with others models is the PQi screen, the price and will arrive sooner than others to the market making it the best one to buy. With a good distribution channel this product can be a very good option against the known brands and have good sales.

When have I been “splattering around” a “tremendous amount of nonsense”? My posts may be nearly as frequent as yours, but are usually quite short and, I hope, succinct. I stick to facts rather than opinions. I try to give praise when it is due and to criticize when things are handled unprofessionally.

However, there is a small but overzealous clique of Adam followers who insult me directly, steal my alias, and get foam over their mouth any time I mention anything that is not singing praise and ovation to their idol. Why?

As to the US patent system, I agree with you, but we have to admit also that this very system (which was built into the country’s constitution, a world precedent) was the basis of the vast technological progress that made the modern world possible.

However, in the retarded patent system in the US, it might just be possible to get a patent by insisting that sticking it on a tablet is innovative enough for state-sponsored competition smothering. Just look at the patent wars Apple has been instigating around smart phones of late, and you will understand.

One sad fact of life is that given the size of the US tech market and dominance of US-based media, people start to believe that its patenting system is valid across the word. It is not. The biggest difference is the inability of getting software and business methods (ultimately, just logical operations) patented almost everywhere else, though Europe is a little closer thanks to constant lobbying to the US than Asia could be.

What was the jackass comment all about ? , show me one system that is out there that rivals the us patent system and I will agree about your comment. India and China are just now coming into the global arena, and have decades of catching up (more for India), although the rhetoric from the white house seems to point otherwise.
