As mentioned at notionink blog: border on Adam that have been shipped having over painted region – samples made by manufacturer
border here having 22mm – same as on ipad, however it will be 16mm on final product, it’s been just manufacturer mistake
also it’s kinda necessary when you hold it on side because in other way your fingers would be on touch screen

There is a yearly developer account fee of $25 to pay and of course it is not certain that you will get an early access unit.

Unfortunately not – you’ll need to have app ideas and the ability to develop them, too.

According to the application for early access the device isn’t free. It mentions that the samples should be available around the 15th of November for an approximate cost of $500.

Now this is a great idea! What better way to get successful, winning apps than to offer incentives like this? This is one of the better marketing ploys I have seen in a while!
