It’s not even a hamster wheel.
It’s a treadmill with some rube-goldberg treadmill-to-chain-to motor-to-wheel thing going on just so it can [since you are running on a treadmill and not a wheel] just frivilously spin the wheel around you.
You don’t touch it.
