I remember the main criticism to Nokia, when they still made their smartphones, was that they created too many models and thus wouldn’t concentrate on polishing well the user experience on them.
Now their solution to that, is to make even more phones, effectively turning an once innovative company into yet another OEM who does the grunt-work for Microsoft.
Yawn.

Yes, a Mango with N8 camera would make me smile. And buy in a second.

How is MS lacking direction more than Android, which has already scattered around galaxy. That bubble is going to burst first. Strategy wise Windows Phone is in very healthy place, even if stumbled a bit in its start.

Nokia is clueless and sort of in bed with Microsoft which lacks direction as well. This recipe will fail.
