		<description><![CDATA[they have outsourced software division and now started the same in hardware.great so what do they do now? paste Nokia logos on phones?..the same is done here in India by local vendors,they import phones from china,paste their logos and sell them. ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[this makes sense if Nokia has a mandate to finish it&#039;s production of the other phones it makes. they have to retool and set up for their production of the windows Phone 7 models and to do that in their own factories  right now would hurt production of their feature phones and other models they sell but eventually Nokia will build Windows phone 7 models in their own factories after they finish the production of the other phones they sell]]></description>
