You can pre-order them on ebay. They are pricey, but you’ll be able to get one in the next week or two (according to the seller that is…)

Such a shame. I’m still holding out hope that I’ll be able to get one into the US somehow. It might not be sold by a carrier (big surprise being Nokia) but the grey market should still work.
