		<description><![CDATA[In 2007 before Nokia bought NAVTAQ, the company announced $4 license price for Navigation software without maps. The plan was that the device makers would put the software on their devices and then the customers who bought those devices can buy the maps for their region. 

And do you seriously think that navigation software is costlier than the OS. because Microsoft has just sold 5 million Windows Phone licenses and if Microsoft paid Nokia $250 million to put Nokia maps on those 5 million OS that means Microsoft is paying $50 for each map license and then they are putting it on Windows Phone OS and selling that OS for $25]]></description>
