This is in no doubt the neatest, cutest and hand friendly smartphone on the market to date. I've been using the 620 for a few weeks now and can't stop playing with it. It feels great to hold, not to big and not to small... just feels right! The Screen is super sharp and clear, even outside. I have a few games on the phone right now.. Star Wars Angry Birds and Wordament (wordament very addictive by the way), Angry Birds looks and runs great, no issues here as the phone has a 1ghz dual pro. I could go on for-ever, but this is the best phone I've ever owned. Some of you can diss Microsoft all you like, but they really dedicate their time to keeping their software updated so I'm really looking forward to the Windows 8 Updates in the future.
Nice one Nokia!

Of course screen size matters. Nowadays people surf the Web more than they make phone calls and a bigger screen is more enjoyable to watch content than a smaller screen. That's why 32 inch screens are selling less than 50 inch screens. It's easier on your eyes, that's a fact. You might prefer a smaller phone in your pocket but once you start viewing Web content, the bigger screen wins hands down

I think WP8 is a slick simple OS Android has become buggy and slow and a battery draining OS.

WP8 have everything I need to give me a fast robust usable OS no locking up and no battery drain so more usable.

Ideally I'd like a WP8 mobile with a t9 keypad because I like a physical buttons.

I had a nexus 4 which I returned as it wasn't upto the job.

My Ideal would be a 620 screen with a traditional keypad below and a battery twice the size and yes running WP8.

But for now my 820 is pretty good for touch screen mobile .

I've had iPhone 5 and Nexus 4 and various Samsungs all returned but I'll be keeping this 820 for a good while.

WP8 all anyone with a smart phone would need. IMO

I also tend to agree the big screen mobiles are not very usable the sweet spot is different for each of us down to hand size Im finding the 820 the limit and at times it's just annoying having to use both hands when maybe a 620 would suit me better for one handed use .

Sometimes less is more.

These new lumias with removable back covers are great robust usable mobiles which may get Nokia back where they should have been years ago.
I love my 820 makes android look clumsy and fussy.

Obviously you are rich and spoiled and think that everything good is expensive and that everything cheap is crap...

Brother.. (Or sister).. You're wrong... Sort of silly to give your 6 year old any smartphone for that matter... Just saying...

I wouldn't give this junk to my 6 year old. Tiny screen, crap camera, thick, ugly and windows, yuck.
On a side note, I was wondering who could possibly write that there is a growing rebelling against large screens. What a load of rubbish, just look at the sales figures. Couldn't believe anyone could say such twaddle, so I checked who wrote this crap and.... Yes, it's Chris Davies, Mr Apple lover who is always defending the tiny screens of the iPhones. I could of guessed. Chris, you suck, your in the wrong job. Why don't you just work for Apple and give ives and cook blow jobs all day long.
