wrong, no new License. The cross license agreement has been in place for about 20+ years now. This includes the apple “design” patents. Basically it is a Apple will not clone Windows stuff and Windows will not clone Apple stuff. it deals with a wide range of products/tech not just phones. 4 million phones in 3 months isn’t bad, especially entering with a new product line, newer OS, and limited carrier support(at least in US, Verizon/Sprint?). I’d say not to bad, it is a good start

Dell has produced the most interesting WP7 device thus far. Not best functioning. Just interesting looking.

If I were Nokia I would ensure with my carriers that these phones are placed side by side whatever iThing gets released and let them compete head to head. WP8, is world’s better than iOS6, which brings nothing new to the game.

MS has a new license to apples design which i have no idea why apple licensed this to microsoft. Anyway they think they’ll be able to compete the problem is no one agrees with them.
