I’ve never bought Nokia devices that were built specifically for the US.

It’s their overall laziness in addition to the placement of all of their “eggs” in the WP7 basket. WP7 is awesome, I love it. But they also have an opportunity to feed off of some of the frustration that we Americans have with the domination of Android and iOS, the waning of BBOS, and the lack of general take up of WebOS.

What do they have to lose if they team up with Simple Mobile and offer the MeeGo devices for $100 bucks less? Send them 100 devices, charge $400 bucks for them unlocked, and make some effin’ MONEY! Why’s everyone so afraid these days to make some God-damned money?

They used to have this, “Yeah, we know our sh*t doesn’t stink,” attitude, and I always saw them as that rugged, brooding character who would take you out back and make your eyes roll into the back of your head without even trying … too much?

I forgot what I was talking about … oh yeah, Nokia has just wussed out of everything–rolled over onto its back. I’m not down with that.

Eflop fears that succesfull N9 could hinder WP7 sales. You know it makes perfect sense, if you are interested in the well being of WP and not Nokia. He actually never talks about how Nokia is going to succeed. It is allways ecosystem this ecosystem that, WP, marketplace, services blablabla.

After this he can say:
see N9 didn’t sell well. Meego was total bust and it was right thing to go to WP7. Sales in US were literally non existent.

Does he think people are stupid or what?

If Nokia actually goes down, Elop better get out of Finland quick and never come back. He is going to need bodyguards. Seriously, tanking half of the countrys biggest tech companys marketvalue in only couple months. That takes mad skills.
