Yeah people say lots of things but its been my experience the biggest objectors are usually the first people in line to get one. And 3 hours of battery life isnt that bad considering your eyes will get strained from the 3d just before the 3 hours are up.

At first I thouhgt about the price as being a little too high too but when i thought about it 3d monitors alone cost 300, then you have to get a $300 video card, and $200-300 dollar nvidia glasses. and if im not wrong 3d tvs are atleast $1500 plus the glasses and 3d bluray player. So a 3d picture taking game playing and internet connect portable seems like a good bargain to me

Mean while the poll we have going on this site has 36% saying they won’t buy because its too expensive and 24% saying no because 3d is a gimmick.

With ~3 hour battery life and limited 3d content(one of the things limiting 3dtv sales) the only reason we’ll see a shortage is because Nintendo shorts supply to create hype.

Of course there will be shortages. Its called Supply and Demand. They limit the Supply so they appear to be more in Demand so there is a frenzy to purchase. Hasn’t anybody figured out Nintendos plan from everything they have ever released?
