For sure, besides, it doesn´t make any sense at all! Why in earth would I care about “streaming” my games to a tiny screen with very limited touch capability? (Some say it won´t be multi touch…). Perhaps the information that hasn´t been disclosed yet will bring something uplifting, the company can´t be so dumb XD. I´m thinking that the controller will have motion capabilities too, besides the touch screen. Now, that has plenty of possibilities :)

I think that the price is gonna be 350$ max, since Nintendo has to beat the PS# which will have a pretty low price till Stream arrives at the market. I just wish I worked at Nintendo.

Article is BS , ATI would never advise Nintendo to have a modified R700 chip but would recommend modified R900 as its produces less heat and major reason it cost less to produce.

You don’t need to worry about downgrading from the Wii remote. The “Stream” is fully compatible with all Wii titles and peripherals, such a the Wii remote. Think of it as adding a bunch of new stuff without taking anything away.

I like the idea of separate screens. The 4 Swords is THE best multi player game ever and I can dream about many, many intriguing applications for TV and separate screen, but I’m worried about the fate of Wiimote. I don’t like to downgrade my FPS controls back to last gen dual analog clumsiness and I don’t like to have my hands tied to one controller. One handed motion controls are also…just so one handed.

Custom r700 sounds good enough for me, but its so old already, that it will be mocked out of the game when XBox720 arrives, leaving Nintendo once again out of 3rd party. I don’t need much, but please, PLEASE at least make it so good, that something as obsolete as 7800GTX is not even comparable.

I think it would be best for Nintendo to not make so much profit with consoles this time, as just slightly better console wouldn’t make core gamers change from their HD-Ready consoles and casuals don’t necessarily care to buy another console so soon. I think it would be a good strategy to make rather expensive super console and still sell it at slight loss to force new generation to begin now and still remain technologically competitive when others follow a bit later in a PS2 fashion.

hey should make the controller portable/detachable on its own. Have some sort of flash memory that can store portable games that connect to the main console when you get home. (a killer idea would be to have connectivity to 3DS)

The Wii is the best option Audrriean. The PS2 is not casual gamer friendly as much as the Wii and the PS2 is a dead console almost if not already. Buy a Wii.

I was going to buy playstation 2, but then i started looking up nintendo wii, i was wondering what is better? I only want to play fun stuff like guitar hero, rock band, dance dance revolution etc, kind of stuff. I’m not a serious gamer I just want something fun!

so a “Wii” followed by a “stream” LOL.sorry couldn’t resist immaturity bursts out sometime. on a side note in the spell check lol had the red squiggly under it isn’t lol now in some kind of dictionary as excepted english words now?

That being said I love the idea of doing mini games like with the dreamcast controller memory unit had, I was raising the little chao’s (not sure on name) from the sonic game i was playing that at school all day.

I hope they have some fresh ideas. The Wii was fun at first but lost it after trying something other than Wii sports. It revived itself with the release of Wii Sports Resort but once again lost it.
