Those that know me have learned that I can’t stand Nascar. There’s just something about cars moving in a circle for hours that leaves me bored out of my mind. I respect the driver racing, as I know there’s no way I could operate a vehicle moving at that speed. However, many Americans just seem to love watching the cars go round.

Wii Nascar

Nintendo knows of this fascination that many people have, so they have decided to not just sponsor Greg Biffle’s #16 Ford Fusion car, but the car looks like one giant advertisement for the Wii.

If you’re one that spends a lot of time at the track, the Nintendo Street Team will be making stops when their car is racing. They will have both Wii and DS units available for you to play with. Here are the upcoming dates and locations where you can find them.

July 13 - 15: Chicagoland Speedway

Aug. 17 - 19: Michigan International Speedway

Aug. 31 - Sept. 2: California Speedway, Fontana, CA

Sept. 21 - 23: Dover International Speedway, Delaware — be sure to check out the Wii-themed race car at Sunday’s race!

Oct. 12 - 14: Charlotte Motor Speedway, North Carolina
