Microsoft isn’t the only one showing off new hardware for their gaming console. Nintendo has finally unveiled the Zapper that we’ve been waiting so long for.

I love the look of this WiiZapper, it’s got a double-grip which cradles both the Wiimote and the Nunchuk, therefore making the most of the controllers that you already own, and keeping the cost down.

Personally, I think I would have liked the trigger to be on the back grip instead of the forward one. But hey, it still looks pretty sweet and will only set you back 20 bucks. Look for it later this year.

The nunchuck’s Z button serves as the trigger for the back grip, plus you can use the joystick at the same time. Another trigger on the back grip would have been redundant. Games should let you pick which is the primary trigger, or just use both.
Looks well-designed to me. Can’t wait to get one!

you need both triggers for games like Ghost Squad, so it works out perfect.
