Wait, you’re saying the 3DS is selling badly? true it got off to a bad start, but in the US its sold more than the original ds did in its first 12 months, and in the UK the red version has become ina sold out state becoming hard to find on the high streets. So get your facts right:3

“brick” refers to a failed firmware update. “useless as a brick” so No. you are obvioulsy wrong. its perfectly legal to have a 3ds that wont turn on.

actually it’s against the law to brick it i have a hacked system and they are working on a system that can hold 3ds games so far there is one version that can but it’s $100 most likely later a company will make one much cheaper like the r4

We’re getting something right? I mean after this update I get 10 more free games! That brings me up to 13 free games downloaded not including the AR reader and other shit.

I rather have a properly working program than a brick 3DS.

Nintendo only said November 30th which changed to the 8th, the other dates were mainly rumours which got spread on Wikipedia and on certain forums.
