Should I have specifically mentioned TMZ and MediaTakeout so that people like you, who read whatever is floating in their heads into comments instead of reading to understand the point of the commenter, don’t go flying off half-cocked in a completely off-point rant? I expected more, but here …

Let me clarify my point for you: The shoes are cool but WHO is going to be able to get their hands on them? Probably not many, other than basketball stars and media darlings, LIKE THE KARDASHIANS and THAT’S what makes it rag material.

Many of us got excited thinking that we would have a reasonable chance at getting a pair of the kicks, but the likelihood of that is lessened by the auctioning of them on eBay to the highest bidder. Is that an excellent thing for MJ Fox and his charity and cause–OBVIOUSLY, because they will make a LOT of money off of this.

You guys don’t have that many commenters on here, and I’ve stayed loyal to this site because it seems very balanced and fair but I swear don’t you DARE come at me or ANY of your other readers like that again.

The bigger issues? 

I assume you’re talking about the patent lawsuit posts plaguing every single tech blog from the biggest to the smallest? 

Just because Michael J. Fox is involved doesn’t mean it’s “rag” material – same as the “mixalot” in your screenname doesn’t mean you’re trying to spread a love of violence towards women because there’s a few hip-hop artists who’ve beat up ladies. It’s absurd. Don’t come up in here with your hate for something this amazingly fun just to spit on it, or you’re going to get spit on.

What more do they do for us than distract us from bigger issues? “Don’t focus on your studies, pay attention to us while we spend your money on lips and tits, and shoes, and martinis that we throw at each other, and hair weave that we pull out of one another’s heads.”

None of em gettin a dime from me!
