iPods are great, don’t get me wrong, but there’s something to be said about how simple it is to have a USB plug built into your MP3 player.

Sony Walkman B100 Series

For those of you that either have something against the iPod, or don’t need all of the storage capacity of a larger music player, Sony’s Walkman line is always a good choice. They’ve just updated the line with their new B100 Series.

There are two different sizes available, the B103/103F will hold 1GB and the B105/105F will hold up to 2GB of music. The cool thing about these little guys is that you can record music off of CDs through the aux input, as well as a built-in mic. The 103F/105F models will even get you an FM tuner for when you grow tired of the same old tracks. No word on pricing, though we should see these in stores sometime next month.
