		<description><![CDATA[This should be mandated by regulation.  Why does the carrier get to lock me in with an expensive device that only works with them?  When LTE is the norm, consumers should just be able to get SIM-cards for any device on any major network, every company having their own spectrum and devices only hurts the consumer.]]></description>
