Dell’s new XPS 710, their top of the line desktop, now boasts a quad-core processor, Intel’s Core 2 Extreme QX6700 quad-core CPU. The desktop also has four memory slots and seven expansion slots for all the video cards you can possibly afford. On top of that, their new UltraSharp 3007WFP-HC 30-inch LCD has also received an upgrade, now with 92 percent color gamut for brighter and crisper colors. And it now has 8ms response time versus its original 11ms. The XPS desktop system is available now starting at $3,699. The UltraSharp LCD wont be available until the 21st, and will be priced at $1,699.
